Bloody Mary

The undisputed king of brunches everywhere, the Bloody Mary is on a short list of cocktails that might pass as a "healthy" meal substitute. Bloody recipes vary dramatically and few drinks are more customizable than this one. We think a few dashes of bitters is a delightful addition to this cocktail, whether you like it spicy or not. You can add our bitters in your favorite mix or if you really want to be hands on about it, you can try this from scratch recipe. 

Bloody Mary

Makes 4 servings: 

  • 17.5 oz Canned crushed tomatos
  • 4.5 oz Vodka 
  • 1.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 3 slices habanero pepper (optional) 
  • 1.5 oz fresh horseradish, shredded
  • 1 oz Worcestershire 
  • 5 dashes Hella Bitters Citrus
  • .3 oz kosher salt
  • .3 oz ground black pepper
