Ingredients
2 oz Linie Aquavit
¼ oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur
¾ oz mint syrup*
¾ oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
3 dashes Hella Eucalyptus Bitters
1 oz soda water
Mint spring and lemon twist, for garnish
Directions
Shake all ingredients other than soda water with ice until well-chilled.
Fill a collins glass with ice cubes. Strain cocktail into glass and top with soda water.
Garnish with a mint spring and a manicured lemon twist.
Mint Syrup
Steep 4 mint springs in 1 cup of hot water for 5 minutes, then stir in 1 cup of sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside for 15 minutes. Strain and refrigerate.
