When we started testing the recipe for our Founders' Collection Eucalyptus Bitters, a white Negroni was all we could think about. This grassy, vegetal recipe is bound to become a classic.
- 1 oz London Dry Gin
- 1 oz Bonal Gentian
- ¾ oz Lillet Blanc
- 4 dashes Hella Eucalyptus Bitters
- Lemon peel, for garnish
- In a mixing glass, combine ingredients over ice.
- Stir thoroughly until ice cold.
- Strain into a double rocks glass over ice and garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
