When we started testing the recipe for our Founders' Collection Eucalyptus Bitters, a white Negroni was all we could think about. This grassy, vegetal recipe is bound to become a classic.

Ingredients
1 oz London Dry Gin
1 oz Bonal Gentian
¾ oz Lillet Blanc
4 dashes Hella Eucalyptus Bitters
Lemon peel, for garnish
Directions
In a mixing glass, combine ingredients over ice.
Stir thoroughly until ice cold.
Strain into a double rocks glass over ice and garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
