Build in a 16 oz mason jar. Add ginger syrup, lemon juice, and bitters.
Fill with ice cubes and stir gently.
Top with Hella Bitters & Soda Ginger Turmeric and garnish with an expressed lemon twist.
Ginger Syrup
In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of sugar and half a cup of water. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, then add 1 cup of ginger (peeled and chopped). Simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and keep covered for an hour. Strain and keep refrigerated.
