Negroni

A Negroni is a classic cocktail, with a somewhat mysterious and unverifiable history involving a thirsty Count, a talented barman and the right amount of inspiration. All you need to know about it is that it's delicious year round, something in our opinion only a couple cocktails can really claim. It's also the most famous 1:1:1 cocktail recipe, making it incredibly easy to make and also versatile as there are a plethora of variations. Our recipe is one such variation, only in the sense that we add a couple dashes of bitters. Not necessary but oh, so delicious.
