Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Amaro Nonino
  • ½ oz orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • ¼ oz Aperol
  • Hella Bitters & Soda Spritz
  • Lemon wheel or grapefruit wedge, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine Amaro Nonino, Aperol, lemon juice and orange juice in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a highball over ice.
  3. Top with Hella Bitters & Soda Spritz, then stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wheel or grapefruit wedge. A la familia!
