We've loved and adopted many cocktails from Brad Thomas Parsons' Bitters book for years now. This beautifully balanced and bitter Boulevardier variation is a Hella staple.

Ingredients
1 ½ oz Bourbon
½ oz Cynar
½ oz Aperol
Hella Aromatic Bitters ice cube*
Orange peel, for garnish
Directions
Combine ingredients in a double rocks glass.
Add a bittered ice cube and stir gently until cold.
Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
Bittered Ice Cube
Add 3 dashes of Hella Aromatic Bitters into your cube mold (we prefer King Cube) and freeze.
