We've loved and adopted many cocktails from Brad Thomas Parsons' Bitters book for years now. This beautifully balanced and bitter Boulevardier variation is a Hella staple.
- 1 ½ oz Bourbon
- ½ oz Cynar
- ½ oz Aperol
- Hella Aromatic Bitters ice cube*
- Orange peel, for garnish
- Combine ingredients in a double rocks glass.
- Add a bittered ice cube and stir gently until cold.
- Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
Bittered Ice Cube
- Add 3 dashes of Hella Aromatic Bitters into your cube mold (we prefer King Cube) and freeze.
