This smoky-sweet variation of a Mule is not as devilish as it sounds. Choose your ginger beer wisely; we love Barritts.
- 2 oz Mezcal
- ½ oz grenadine
- ½ oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- Ginger beer
- 2 dashes Hella Smoked Chili Bitters
- Lime wedge, for garnish
- In a shaker, combine mezcal, grenadine, lime juice and Hella Smoked Chili Bitters.
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a highball glass over ice.
- Top with ginger beer, stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge.
