Ingredients

1 ½ oz Bourbon or Dark Rum

½ oz lime juice, freshly squeezed

½ oz peach-honey-ginger puree*

8 oz water

Teabag, dealer's choice

4 dashes Hella Ginger Bitters

Lemon wheel with 5 whole cloves, for garnish

Peach wedge, for garnish
Directions
Combine Lime juice and peach-honey-ginger puree in a 10-12 oz mug.
Add your teabag.
Bring water to a near boil and add to the mug, filling it 3/4.
Top off with Spirit and 4 dashes of Hella Ginger Bitters.
Garnish with peach wedge and lemon wheel.
Peach-honey-ginger Puree
In a saucepan, combine 3 peach wedges, 1 slice of fresh ginger, ½ a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 2 dashes of ground turmeric, and ⅓ cup of water. Add a sweetener like Honey or Agave to your liking. Bring the mixture to a boil. Strain ingredients and add to a food processor to blend ingredients.
