Ingredients

1 oz Hella Mexican Chocolate Bitters

1 oz avocado pit orgeat (or your favorite orgeat)

¾ oz lime juice, freshly squeezed

½ oz Reposado Tequila

Egg white
-
Lime zest and ground cinnamon, for garnish
Directions
Build in tin. Add all ingredients and one ice cube and shake vigorously.
Add more ice and shake again.
Double strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with freshly microplaned lime zest and ground cinnamon.
