A sophisticated mocktail to serve all of your aperitivo needs.

Lady Grey

Ingredients

  • 1 teabag Earl Grey

  • 3 oz hot water

  • ½ tsp orange blossom water

  • Bitters & Soda Grapefruit

  • Lemon peel, for garnish

Directions

  1. Make a cup of earl grey tea with half the normal hot water, about 3 ounces. Let cool.

  2. Pour over ice and add orange blossom water.

  3. Top with Bitters & Soda Grapefruit in a collins glass and stir to combine. 

  4. Garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
