Ingredients
3 oz Bitters & Soda Dry Aromatic
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz cold brew yerba maté
Directions
Combine ingredients in a highball glass over ice. Stir gently to combine.

Add one ounce of dried yerba mate leaves to a diffuser or disposable tea bag. Immerse in four ounces of water for at least 12 and up to 24 hours.
