Michelada

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Hella Nashville Hot Bloody Mary Mix or Hella Classic Bloody Mary Mix

  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes Hella Smoked Chili Bitters
  • 1 dash hot sauce (we love Queen Majesty's Jalapeno Tequila & Lime)
  • Lime wedge and Tajin Seasoning, for garnish

  • 1 Mexican lager, like Pacifico (Option to swap with Non-Alcoholic Alternative)

Directions

  1. Rim a pint glass with Tajin seasoning.
  2. Add Hella Spicy Bloody Mary mix, lime juice, Hella Smoked Chili bitters and hot sauce to the glass.
  3. Tilt the glass and slowly top mixture with the beer. Stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge. Salud!
