Ingredients

¼ cup fresh cubed mango
-
2 oz pineapple juice ⠀

4 dashes Hella Ginger Bitters

4 dashes Hella Aromatic Bitters

4 oz Jamaican Rum
-
2 drops orange flower water (optional)

½ oz grenadine syrup

Garnish: mint, grate of nutmeg, pineapple slice & leaves, cherry, edible flower
Directions
Add the mango, pineapple juice and bitters to a shaker and muddle the mango.
Add the rum, orange flower water and shake with ice.
Strain into a glass with crushed ice.
Slowly pour the grenadine syrup over a spoon into the glass.
Garnish liberally.
