About Co-Founder & COO, Tobin Ludwig
Tobin Ludwig grew up with a keen understanding of where food comes from. His parents tended large gardens where fresh picked vegetables and herbs were featured in dishes around the dinner table. His love for food led to a decades-long career in some of New York City’s best restaurants. Today, as an entrepreneur he brings all of that passion and experience to his work developing bold and unique products. He loves all things culinary and happily spends most of his free time in his kitchen, cooking for his family.
